Passport » Saudi Arabia

A story from Stateless in Jordan

This is my old temporary Jordanian passport from when we lived in Saudi Arabia. After my Quran studies in Jordan I could not get work at the Mosque, but my wife got work as a teacher in Saudi Arabia. And because women cannot travel alone in Saudi Arabia, they have to travel with a man, their brothers or other, I had to go with her. So we lived in Saudi Arabia for seven years. It is popular here that guys travel to Saudi Arabia for their wife’s jobs.
