I was taking a car across the Swaziland/Mozambique border when I saw this. The women have 30 trays of eggs on their heads. They cross the border many times. Taxes on eggs are very high and the women are forced into smuggling. If rules were fixed and custom charges lower they would declare and pay for their imports. Of course they would prefer to be legal!
