Jesser is the name, and in Arabic it means strength and bravery; a Tunisian who looked for another land to welcome his beliefs, and Malta it was. A recent Christian convert, he’s starting a new life in Malta with all it has to offer. A mathematics degree holder who’s a music enthusiast and a drummer who also plays other instruments; his life is busy in Malta between studying theology, working and playing for church’s band. It has been a real challenge to coordinate for a time to film his journey; our times would always clash like there was some universal conspiracy against our meet ups. But we managed, only 25 years old, but there’s certain wisdom to him, a reader and a knowledge seeker that he is, it all gives his young age a special allure.
